Full Mouth Rehab
The Full Mouth Rehab module guides participants through the complete digital workflow for full arch rehabilitation: data collection, double scan protocol, implant planning, mobile prosthesis design and printing, scan body and final project adaptation. Includes hands-on with teeth and gingiva characterization using the Candy Coat technique. Ideal for dentists and technicians aiming to master full arch digital rehabilitation. Course Objective At the end of the three days, each participant will have acquired a complete digital workflow for managing mobile prostheses and Full Arch rehabilitations, from data collection to CAD design, from guided surgery to immediate prosthesis fabrication and finalization.

Day 1 – Digital Mobile Prosthesis

Theory• Principles of digital mobile prosthesis
• Scanning strategies for the edentulous patient
• Soft tissue acquisition and critical areas management
• Digital workflow for complete and partial prosthesis
• Pre-extraction and post-extraction prosthesis: indications and protocols -
Practical Session• Scanning of an edentulous case
• Scanning of a partially edentulous case
• CAD design of a complete prosthesis
• CAD design of a partial prosthesis
• Design of a pre-extraction immediate prosthesis
• 3D printing file preparation
• Printing bases and teeth with the Duo Kit workflow
• Assembly and finalization of the prosthesis
Day 2 – Digital Full Arch and Guided Surgery

Theory• Digital Full Arch planning
• Double scan protocol
• CBCT acquisition and management
• Matching between intraoral scans and radiological data
• Principles of guided surgery in Full Arch cases
• Introduction to photogrammetry
• Accuracy and passivation in Full Arch rehabilitations
• Digital workflow for immediate provisional fabrication -
Practical Session• Complete execution of the double scan protocol
• Surgical guide design
• Preparation and printing of the surgical guide
• Photogrammetric acquisition
• Scan abutments management
• Adapting the prosthetic project to the actual position of the scan abutments
• Design of the immediate Full Arch prosthesis
• 3D printing file preparation
Day 3 – Finalization and Characterization

Theory• Aesthetic principles in printed prostheses
• Coloring and characterization techniques
• Materials for mobile prosthesis and Full Arch
• Clinical delivery workflow -
Practical Session• Finishing and polishing of the mobile prosthesis
• Gingival characterization of the complete prosthesis
• Definitive assembly of the mobile prosthesis
• Finishing of the All on 4 prosthesis
• Aesthetic characterization of the dental and gingival components
• Assembly of the Full Arch prosthesis
• Screwing and final check
• Clinical delivery and maintenance protocols
